Answer:– You can return products to BYJU’S within 15 days of purchase. You must fill out a return form and submit it to the company.
Refunds are automatically credited to an account that can be used for future purchases. It takes about 7 days to get a refund.

Q 2. How do I cancel my BYJU tablet course?

The Device Fee shall be fully refundable only in such cases where the request for returning the Tablet is raised by the Customer by writing to us on [email protected] or by raising a refund request by contacting on +91-6364007228 within fourteen (14) calendar days after the Tablet Delivery Date.
