Answer:— Rapido was founded by Aravind Sanka, Pavan Guntupalli, and SR Rishikesh. The three founders were inspired by their own experiences commuting in Bangalore, one of India’s most congested cities. They previously started a mini truck aggregator platform called Karrier, but pivoted to two-wheelers.
Pavan Guntupalli is the co-founder and CEO of Rapido. Aravind Sanka is also a co-founder.

• If the customer cancels before the vendor accepts the booking request, they receive a 100% refund.
• If the customer cancels after the vendor accepts the booking request,
• they may be charged a penalty of ₹0 to ₹200 depending on the cancellation time.
• The cancellation fee depends on the city and the type of ride that was booked. In some cases,
• the fee may be equivalent to the minimum fare for the ride.
• Rapido also offers free cancellation if any captain or customer is without a mask.
